Will is a Licensed Building Practitioner in Wellington who specializes in bathroom renovations. He will project manage and provide professional guidance through your bathroom design ideas. The best thing about iWillconstruct is that the majority of work is completed by one tradesman from the layout design, re-building to the finishing tiling touches. Will is there from start to finish to ensure a complete professional job.

  • Project management of all trades involved including building, electrical, plumbing, plastering, painting, underfloor heating, tiling, shower glass installation with his great team of subcontractors.

  • Will is an LBP which covers any council regulation work required. He will prepare and lodge small works (waterproof membrane/layout) consents for bathrooms with Wellington City Council.

  • Underfloor heating installer

  • Certified waterproof applicator

  • Shower installation

  • Liaison with interior designers & architects

  • Liaison with joiners & stone installers
